This pillow is filled with a superior quality European white duck down.
Encased in a single layer of optical white 100% cotton, down-proof cambric. With no sharp or crunchy quills, our duck down is the softest, lightest and most comfortable material available with three filling densities to choose from:
Soft: Loosely filled. Suitable as a top pillow. Not much support but moulds into shape.
Medium: Generously filled and springy. Our most popular down pillow. Suitable for side/back sleepers.
Firm: Suitable for extra support. Very well filled. Luxuriously firm. Suitable for side sleepers.

All of our products are hand-filled to specific weights using the highest-grade materials. We choose our feathers and down based on the following criteria.
Ethically sourced: All of our fillings are ethically sourced from Europe and comply to the highest levels of regulation, namely the Downpass Standard and Responsible Down Standard (RDS).
Comfort: Understandably, we select our feathers and down based on the quality of comfort it will impart to the final product. In doing this, we remove and disregard feathers that are tough in form, selecting only the best material for the job.
100% natural: All of our products are completely natural, using only high-grade organic fillings, 100% cotton cambric and natural threads for tailoring.
Sustainable: Our supplier chain is regularly monitored and revised based on our own commitment to a more sustainable relationship with the environment. We’ve recently removed large quantities of plastic from our packaging and are always working to cut down waste in all areas of our business, the wider industry and further afield.

Please note that all products are hand made to order. This means we aim to deliver within 7 days of receiving your order.
Personalised orders with embroidered lettering takes slightly longer; please allow two weeks if you have selected this service.

Air frequently. Occasional professional laundering or re-covering recommended.
Returns policy
Due to hygiene reasons, pillows, bolsters and duvets are non-returnable. We are more than happy to add or remove filling from your items/purchases if you find them too soft or too firm, all we ask is for you to return your purchase to us with your details and instructions enclosed. We advise obtaining a proof-of-posting from your delivery partner.
